Radisson Collection Hotel, Santa Sofia Milan

Highly recommend this hotel in Milan for any traveler! The hotel is located in a nice calmer part of the city with 10 minutes walking distance from Duomo. Super clean and fresh rooms with modern design furniture. The cozy breakfast restaurant had a buffet with lots of options including a made-to-order menu with hot and cold dishes. The rooftop pool area was excellent!

We had a great time. Everything was great, respectful staff, favourable location really close to the restaurant downstairs and Milano Cadorna station and the centre. The suite had basic facilities you need, a coffeemaker and an electric kettle...

That hotel was in a good location, in the middle of jackson. We got a room with a bath. Helpful and very attentive staff, they helped us a lot.

Highly recommended luxury stay

I got an upgraded room which was spacious and the bathroom was something else, really nice shower and a comfy bed, made me not wanna get up. The staff was so polite and helpful, really went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, I guess.

The double room was reasonably spacious, everything was modern. Extras like a mini bar, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines were appreciated.

stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this brand-new hotel. it was in a good location near cafes and restaurants. took a walk around city centre, located at a medium distance from the venue. thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant.

I faced multiple issues that overshadowed any positive aspects. First, the air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning. It felt as if I was in a sauna. On several occasions, my requests for room service, including basic items like wine, took an unusually long time to be fulfilled, causing great frustration. These inconveniences, compounded by a lack of attentiveness from the staff regarding my complaints, left a lasting negative impression.

Ope, the front desk folks were just lovely, let me check in early and always wore a smile. My room was super clean, and they really went all out with the little details-chocolate boxes on the last night? So sweet! Just wish that rooftop pool wasn't all shaded, woulda loved some sun!

Quiet location with an excellent foyer, friendly staff, spacious bathrooms, a fantastic stay.

TheCollection Premium Room was super spacious and had this comfy bed that felt heavenly after a long day. Loved how quiet it was thanks to the double glazing, so I slept like a baby. The bathroom was luxurious with high-quality amenities and had a large shower. The little touches like water provided and those nice toiletries really stood out, too!

The Collection Room was comfortable, and the rooftop bar was a great hangout. I extended my stay because of it!

The staff were fantastic, especially Cristina who helped us with a small issue we encountered. And the rooftop bar? Just amazing views over the city, made our evenings special.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable considering the service.

I had an amazing 3-night stay in the Collection Room! The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries, and the staff even packed us a breakfast box for our early morning flight. However, the room service menu was limited during late hours. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The really good service, especially from luka, really blew me away. The luxurious room and perfect location for nightlife exceeded my expectations.
